It enables the one day turn which is typically just small hole patching, touch up paint, clean with assistance from a robot vacuum, rekey quickset smart key locks, shampoo/swiffer floors as needed and small stuff (broken blinds & detector batteries).

You will need ADA hallways and bathrooms (generally 36 inch clearance for a wheelchair to do a 360 or more) You'll need the electrical to exceed code and add carbon monoxide and smoke detectors that are commercial flashers for hard of hearing and blind.

Lights on, blinds open, vacant home, pets removed, beds made, dishes put up and all the other things we want done to sell the house.I have no idea if the appraisal was biased or not, but get 3 appraisers to measure the house and they all come up with different sizes.....pictures or no pictures.

Flooring, countertops, paint, ceiling fans, stole all the mini blinds, ect...They considered that "normal wear and tear" and denied the claim.I then get a letter saying they are dropping coverage for too many claims thus putting me on a wild goose chase for insurance 1 month before my annual renewal.
