Does anyone have a property management company that works well for them in the North Alabama area, (Huntsville, Madison)Terry

I received my Bachelor's of Science in Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, and Economics in May 2015 from James Madison University.

We are currently in the Madison area, "house hacking" in a sense-- property managing a home for a friend while living there and maintaining tenants while a portion of our income from the Detroit house pays our rent.

There is a Thursday event on the 17 of November that is at the Club Venetian Hall in Madison Heights

I also like Madison, Wi. 

I would suggest you go check out Charleston SC  we are active there and have been for the last 4 years it has a VERY robust infil new construction market.. of course price points start at 300k .. our current builds there are 350 to 700k.you can do 300 to 700k and above if you go up to Madison MS..

We own property in Deforest, Madison, Janesville, Beloit, Fond Du Lac and a few other places.

Madison, Old Hickory, Bordeaux, North Nashville to a lesser degree, West Trinity Lane, Donelson, Antioch, Percy Priest Lake area, those should all have multifamilies under $300k.I'd be happy to meet up sometime for coffee or whatever to discuss more!
