I did visit one lot (construction not yet started) in SW Florida for which I found no deragotary information during my Internet research, but when I drove through the neighborhood, it looked problematic.  

With the internet these days you can find people to help, the real key is having a team on the ground for quick response if needed.

Hi Dylan, I'm glad to hear you didn't get fooled by the mentorship program--all the information you need to be successful is available for free on the internet and through talking with agents, lenders and property managers.

In Cleveland OH it is 1-2BR furnished rentals priced at 1,200-1,600 monthly utilities and internet included. 

I spent most of my weekend combing the internet to see what I could find for Wisconsin but I can't seem to find anything.
