We average about 100 or so inbound calls a month and in many cases we are unable to pick up the phone.I know from experience a missed call in many cases translates to a missed opportunity as we struggle to get back in touch with the seller.

Canadian side was already quite successful with tourism before their casinos also, difference between the two sides was, US took the easy greedy corporate money route where Canada developed more slowly into the tourism field, one now thrives and other is ghost town dump.I wouldnt be willing to gamble a penny that the casinos will help anything locally.

We are rural and would depend more on the current regional tourism, local businesses, and local population than the model here.

Colorado Springs has a huge military presence that is relatively recession proof, and there's a big tourism industry and health care industry and several new developments that seem to be more resilient long-term.

If the channel isn't profitable, then I'd look at more inbound marketing.

Along w/ the military (essentially recession proof) and our tourism, Biotech & our downtown is set to explode via numerous development projects.
