Unfortunately, one of the Airbnb guests committed suicide in the ADU, and under CA law, the owner has to disclose the event for at least 5 years.The property is currently sitting on the market, listed at 1.5 million, and should sell for 1.7 million if there wasn't a death on the property.

As I mentioned my contact person was different but it is what it is, you are the first person to even respond that they successfully closed a deal with them, either way anyone the searches on here or Google will be able to see what I experienced and truth be told I've never made a negative online comment or review about any company before, I'm usually of the mindset "it is what it is" but my situation was a different experience where they were committing a certain rate/term and confirming all was good until after business hours on the day before closing - sorry but that is just SHADY!

If you are young and have not collected kids, dogs, and commitments, I'd suggest putting your head down, delaying gratification, working your a$$ off (get a second job, drive for uber, deliver pizzas, buy a pressure washer and knock on doors asking to pressure wash driveways, etc.), living off of next to nothing, and looking up in 12 months to re-evaluate.
