@Kasondra Milton- hi there ...thanks ...Raised in the fairport area ...live on west coast now ..last summer I had to return to Roch area to help with a family illness  situation ...I stayed in a AIRBNB that was close to Strong hospital for 3 weeks ...in my search for places - I must say I was surprised at the lack of options ( at least at that time ) ...that being said - I agree with your comment about the fact that Greater  Roch  likely  wont  attract a large amount of renters consitently  ( outskirts  like  finger lakes are a diff story ) - thanks and good luck

Get on the phone with the GCs that comment and have a good list of vetting questions/see pictures of their past projects.

Read some of those who comment on this and other PPR threads and you'll find that they are looking to get into the note business.

The Sheriff told me multiple times that I would need to have 15 people present at the eviction or he will just leave.

Despite the developments, Omaha is still short 35k affordable housing units- presenting a lot of opportunity for developers and new builds for investors.

I concur with Robin's comment about the DSCR loan, but it can be an intimidating process.
