Try contacting organizations such as local government, church groups, or contact the city chamber to see if they can run an ad for their business investors and entrepreneurs.

So for us, contacting the Plant Managers or CEOs of these companies are key to getting the word out to potential tenants - and those are easily accessed via Linked In.Also, the Chamber of Commerce will have that info - as a member, you have access to that info as well.I would also look at the Glendale Association of Manufacturers, or some such group like that - here again, a membership gives you access to all the right info, then mail or call away.I certainly would want to get it all filled with one tenant, but don't be averse to two or three smaller tenants seeking expansion room.Just some ideas and angles to ponder.  

Chamber of Commerce:The Columbus Chamber of Commerce can be a valuable resource.

In the last 10 years, the chamber and community leaders have worked hard to bring in more logistics jobs. 

I have a very thorough and diligent agent and he shopped around until he found the most affordable and comprehensive coverage available for my family.Another option that I looked into is using my real estate LLC to join the Chamber of Commerce and then  you can access the health plans that they offer to small businesses. 

Local embassies and chambers of commerce can also provide information about local investors, entrepreneurs, etc...

Consider calling local hotels, reaching out to the owners of other short-term rentals in the area, and contacting the chamber of commerce to see if it has/can share occupancy data from the hotels in the market.

I'd look up someone like Rocky Chambers, who is a total nerd, but an excellent engineer.
