Borrowing money without the intention of ever paying it back feels disingenuous at best, and dishonest at worst.I think there is a time and a place for bankruptcy, but it's a tool of last resort, not an investment strategy.

If you think about it, in these market efficient times, with zillow and internet things and almost noone can scam buyer or the seller.....why would anyone want wholesale since the house is tear down quality anyway.I can't see more business that's as dishonest as the wholesaler, you need to say bad orange is good orange.
