However, the water cooler talk is that many lenders may start pre-emptively adhering to its guidelines to avoid the possibility of retroactive penalties, which from my understanding, is a "murky" topic of the bill.Hope that helps, even if it isn't legal advice.

We have evaporative cooling here and they assumed it was the cooler since the weather had been very hot.

If it's near the beach, I would ensure they have toys they can bring with them (paddle boards, floaties, shovels and buckets, beach chairs and towels, coolers, etc.).

I would find an area where your dollar can go further in a cooler market area and a decent b- or c neighborhood where 200 grand means something and could get you a nice return each month . don’t blow money on a property manager , do it yourself and reinvest that money into real estate that you’d be giving them .

We had a cooler full of Salmon Elk jerky and Smoked salmon.. if it had a big patch of timber we led with that gift and let me tell you that calms anyone down.
