So I currently do not own any real-estate and a vast majority of my net worth is tied up in Bitcoin.

I currently live in WA and as you know the market here is expensive as a single bitcoin lol.

My career as a professional trader means I will only have free time outside the hours of 8:00-4:30 so the idea is that while I would get things rolling, the real estate would be left to my fiancee once she obtains her license here in New York City.

I believe that within 10 years bitcoin (not “cryptocurrencies “) will operate as everyone’s de facto savings account.

But then after this, someone would ask what's wrong with bitcoin Lol

so all this regular income talk and capital gains talk all hinges upon the fact if the IRS considers him a "trader," for the purposes of taxation right?

I did actually invest in some bitcoins, but they were "lost" in the Mt Gox debacle.  

Does Biggerpockets have a private program dealing with bitcoin I have someone telling i need to invest bitoin at first I needed 2500 then only 200 was ok is this legit or not 

@Justin Shabanian I guess I think a little bit differently not sure if that’s good or bad but I would take $60,000 I would buy bitcoin and I’d sit on it for one year until we know for sure that they’re going to lift the restrictions were renters don’t have to make payments and can’t be evicted.
