We use a proforma on google sheets that automates all numbers automatically.

I would ultimately like to automate the business so that my physical presence isn't necessary all the time.Right now, my hang up on living in LA while investing out of state is that I am still paying my ever increasing rent.

Potential tenants can apply, sign leases, get automated emails, submit maintenance requests etc.

I wonder what else I could automate by using a google site and/or simplify things?  

Hey All, I'm trying to get a google voice number setup and I can't get rid of the "please state your name and we will try to connect you" standard message before it rings to my number then plays my custom voice message.I've called from 4 different numbers, half the time it goes directly to my custom message and half the time it plays the automated message then goes to my custom message.

At the risk of not looking like a professional seller, you could explain the situation to the buyer and get a payoff statement from the senior mortgage with updated payment info from the automated line. 

I'm REALLY open to suggestions on how to follow-up with hangups in an automated way.
