I live in Australia and am interested in wholesaling in the US (mainly around okc area).

I have a client here in Australia that owns a block in Florida that she would like to sell.

@Scott Wagoner Is right on this.I got a call from someone in Australia yesterday trying to wholesale me houses in Orlando.

I have contacts and investments in a particular business model in Australia, returning ~20% net (downside being exposure to a somewhat volatile currency) plus capital gains.The model involves the rights to manage hotels/ vacation apartment rentals/resorts.

As I said, I live in Australia, however my blood is North American and I have travelled a lot of North America seeing all my family and I also had a look at some proprties when I was there, mainly in Florida.

From us over here in Australia we are grateful for an Obama win because at least he has a policy!
