Hi folks, I'm Steve, I actually joined up this site about 4 years ago when I was initially looking into investing. I guess at that stage I had a bit of a downward slope in my income and life situation however it has all come back and is looking much much better now, and I'm very eager to invest now. I've been listening to all of the podcasts while I'm driving and flying around the place and I'm finding so much inspiration to get involved from those. As I said, I live in Australia, however my blood is North American and I have travelled a lot of North America seeing all my family and I also had a look at some proprties when I was there, mainly in Florida. I work in IT for a mining company here in Perth and though I haven't got my own house yet, I'm very much looking forward to buying in the states where the house price / rental income ratios in some areas seem to be about 10 times better than here. We have a median house price of over $500,000 so getting in can be a little difficult, and owning free and clear obviously takes a very long time.

I look forward to continually learning and thank Brandon and Josh and all the other folks involved for such an incredible, free resource!
