The foundation cement structure and bolts and septic tank and leach field and block walls were left remaining.I had to have an engineer certify that the cement was intact and could be built on.

We were working on a flip (the home circa 1930's did not have a sump pump nor drain tile), & all of a sudden after a mild rain I got pools of water on the basement floor around the back wall (lousy hydrostatic weak cement-block) & the one corner close to the driveway.
