Do most people run a one man/women shop?

BUT the linen was liked by only the women.  

sounds like sellers remorse.... and maybe the house is worth considerably more than what the option amount was.. so the owner knowing this wants the house back so he can cash in instead of this women making a profit ...

I got screwed out of $8000 by the former marketing director of GAREIA who had 22 years real estate experience and also ministers to women at her church. 

He told me not to rent to women because they are harder on properties.

Otherwise, do a simple Google search to get smart on lead-based paint (I found this in just a few seconds: http://www.webmd.com/women/home-health-and-safety-...).Long story short, if you suspect there could be lead paint you need to have it tested. 

He says, there is a African American women living in the house right now.

I am wanting to encourage as many 59 plus women out there who are in the same boat.
