Especially since so many people have cell phones as their primary phones these days. 

Tweak the expenses too.Do a letter of intent and make sure you have a due diligence period and then go pay for at least one lender appraisal on whichever property is most "average" of the 4.

Just get a PO box and a cell phone and you are set up to manage real estate.

At that point they would be responsible for all of April rent or until I can get it rented which ever comes FIRST.
