Beyond that, I pay all utilities, don't set the thermostat to weird temperatures that are outside what folks would consider reasonable (in the summer, 70-74 when home), and I treat the house very well. 

My landlord has been fixing up this warehouse for the past 4 years and has rented out different people/businesses over time.

Se if you can eventually intern at a commercial firm close to you in the asset class sub niche that you have interest in such as (large multifamily, office, warehouse, retail, industrial, self storage, etc.)  

We also have a few micro warehouse projects on our board  (1-3 acre small unit flex spaces).    

My question does Amazon warehouse workers get paid well? 

While the plumber was there, he asked the plumber to fix some other small problem that was not discussed with me. 3rd month, he suddenly discovered that the brand new oven does not heat to the exact temperature.

We know we can't stick a warehouse beside a Taco Bell, right.

We have healthcare (Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals), insurance (Progressive), financial institutions (Key Bank), and of course the Amazon warehouses that have been widely talked about. 

She also said that she prayed for the house and now there is no more "activity"That's all I got.My old house makes more noise when temperature changes or if its windy, and if this house is in Ohio (guessing, based on your location) we have had a bunch of crazy temperature swings, wind, and intermittent rain that makes our soil swell up and push on the foundation, then subside.. 

As for the 20,000 square foot retail center we own, as well as the 40,000 foot office warehouse property, things are not going as well.
