Today for the first time I tried finding deals, at least seeing and trying to understand if they were any good at all.

Since I’m a teenager I have 0 experience, I’m newbie.

I know only way to get better is through repetition, but any advice would help me out a lot.

How do I know a good/bad deal, value-adds, flips, BRRRR, maybe even syndicate tips, only online sources available.

Any advice is appreciated

Thanks 🙏
