That would give you more rent coming in per 'house' and also help protect against vacancies (ie one unit might be vacant, but you still have rent from the other unit coming in).

You have every right to that information, they live on your property, PM'S come and go, you may even switch PM's like i just did, so that information is not just for the co. that filled the vacancy, the information is there for you should you have to go after the tenant, no matter who manages it.
