But with that said look for proximity to public transportation, hospitals, schools, etc.

Public transportation is always an issue here, but unless you have a set routine and you do not want to go out and enjoy other parts of the city, not having a car is not an option.

We are about 40 miles from Fort Collins, Loveland area so it may be feasible to transport them.
