Just like when we buy at court house steps we bid up in 100 or 500 dollar increments until your the last bid.. your not leaving 10k on the table.. unless of course your impatient and just bid up in increments that are too large.

Account ClosedIf you're saying costs for both scenarios are equal, I'd much rather spend 10 hours in airports and planes than 40 hours on the road, an additional 2,800 miles on my odometer, and the increased risk of a traffic accident.

This will drive more traffic, as there are many self-employed or people wanting to buy but held back by previous foreclosure/BK timelimites, divorce, etc hampering them from getting traditional financing, and if you're wanting to rent it again quickly, and sell eventually, this would be a good strategy for maximizing your cashflow during the turn.
