Hi everyoneFirst let me say that I love the forum and I'm new here.I have years of experience when it comes to designing websites and generating online traffic for different niches.

The thought behind these questions is this - if the company is a major player in your market, and has a location that draws people in (walk-in traffic) and you have the opportunity to take shifts "on floor" to work with those walk-ins, it could be best to be there.  

I think it was off many people’s radar because it’s definitely out there, geographically speaking, being about an hour away from the heart of Los Angeles without traffic.

I was sitting in traffic in Chicago, and I saw a "bandit sign" claiming I could earn 120k+ if I called the number...

Lots of car, bike, and foot traffic past the building for the restaurant and exposure, beautiful views of river, harbour, bay for all units.  

It will payoff in the long run.Suggest managing the business types in the center AND getting sufficient parking - - these kill accessibility and traffic flow.

Since I have been playing for a while and the industry is getting smaller due to regulations which reduces the traffic and the number of recreational players (which makes the game less profitable) I think is the moment to start transitioning to Real Estate.I am literally devorating everything in BP, just bought the 2 books of Brandon Turner (hey Brundon if you read this just let you know that I love the way you explain and the methods of teaching you follow, I really find them effective for newbies like me) so I will be trying to educate myself in RE as much as I can in order to be succesful in the future.If there is someone out there who is also starting in RE, in spanish market and want to connect me to talk about whatever or just for future networking, dont hesitate to do it!

I listen to them when sitting in LA traffic.  

Thank you Sandra and Belinda, My jobs are located in Houston but I don't mind the drive as I don't have to see rush-hour traffic with my hours.
