Her son is planning to move out of state for work, at which time she would like to downsize to a smaller home.

very high risk even I only do them with very specific investors in mind and a plan. we dont flip land we develop every one.

What kind of investments are you planning on purchasing, and what area? 

We are the kind of people who do not jump into anything without fully planning it out.

I've already been hearing about all the communities and mini cities that they are planning on opening around it as well.
