I would funnel that cash into the unit so it didn't feel like I had my hand out, which I guess I kinda do but it feels a little less greedy that way.I havent had to use this yet, but this is how I hope it plays out if I do.Good luck

Democrats always looking out for the poor and giving handouts when in fact they are stifling them. 

I always hand out a sheet that outlines our acceptance criteria and make sure they understand that there WILL be a background check. 

Sleeping in doorways and on heat grates, and begging change for a living. but not much focus goes to them.The focus seems to be to get those who get free handouts from the government to believe they should be able to not work and get as much a or more than working people. 

The idea I brought up to dad, is to use the equity in his duplex to contribute to the down payment on this triplex, obviously compensating him fairly, not trying to get a handout.
