Tons of tourists.

We actually liked the lesser known pyramids outside of town (step pyramid) as do not have the amount of tourists that the Great Pyramids do.Dahab out on the Sinai Peninsula was great.

Unless you find a place that attracts tourists during the winter, I'm not sure you'll easily be able to rent for just a couple months/year.Certainly, you could find month-to-month renters, but you'd need someone to manage them, and those types of renters aren't likely to be the easiest to manage.As for great places to invest on the east coast, Atlanta has been great for me...

Hi Braxton,I am in Florida and you know its the great destination for tourists , and others as well you can look in this area for real estate investments.

Now the fear is that the project is just going to siphon tourists away from existing properties.

Community facilities below (might qualify us for rural community facility aide) specifically public internet lounge targeting tourists, those without internet at home(there’s a lot of unserviced areas here) and people who just need a hotspot.
