I learned that lesson a few times the hard way, always be recruiting talent!

Love all the talented people here on BP and look forward to some answers or even a Mentor, A Partner, A Friend would Help.

There are many seasoned and talented investors on this site, but I've also seen responses on investing by people who have never bought or sold a single property so if you choose to use someone's advice from this forum, you better make sure you're not dealing with just another keyboard investor but rather someone who can prove they've done deals...and lots of them.

I am seeking a group of talented and motivated individuals whom I can learn from first hand and jump start this exciting adventure. 

I also had the advantage of coming from a capital markets background so in that sense I was used to (A) working with high achievers, (B) delegating and (C) understanding that talented people need to be paid exorbitantly (the pain of paying doesn’t diminish especially when money is tight).

It is pretty easy to self manage if you have 3M talent.What's 3M talent, you ask?

Grant Cardone is a man of incredible talent and success, and a man with the incredible bluntness that can rub people the wrong way.

Our company  used to do them  but benetrends has the talent, expertise, processes and procedures to help you accomplish your goals.

So the talents will keep coming forever. 

And in order to really have the means to do this without killing myself by overworking myself, I need to learn how to work with others to leverage resources such as other people’s time, talents, and money, to create more of an influence than I can on my own.The answer isn’t to just work longer and harder.
