In addition, you would need to subscribe to the local version of CoStar which isn't an inexpensive option (est $1,000+ per month) that is sold on an annual subscription basis. 

I have been doing single family for quite a while and have developed a base of friends and family willing to fund transactions with/for me who could fully subscribe a modest syndication.  

@Brian GibbonsI'm already more than "all in" in this business and am past the "shiny object" syndrome, too.Ironically, I've spent almost more time in this thread than I have on just "reading" through BP and most of that was going through your posts since that's the only thing I'm actually "subscribed" to in here.
