So far this is what I learned:1) There will be time set by cook county tax sale to register for an upcoming sale. 

No different than if you want to purchase a restaurant and you plan on cooking yourself. 

The lodges are all first class with chefs cooking us breakfast and dinner first class booze etc..

I already converted out one gas heat property to electric so the only gas bill we have across over 40 properties is for cooking stoves and domestic hot water for one seven unit building.

Nothing really salvageable even if it wasn't a cook shop.  

@Dennis Callaghan, look at it this way, if a husband and a wife have an argument at home because she did not cook dinner for him, and the wife reaches out to you and tells you they had an argument about it, does it mean that you have to make sure the husband is fed? 

The other side of the duplex is a smoker and if someone were to go, I'd prefer it be them.

The people who balk at paying extra are the same ones who will tear up a rental and pick up every stray they find.We also allow smokers....but that's for another post!

If you're not very clear on expectations and transparent on reporting, it seems easy to get screwed by cooked books.As partners, you need a lot of trust.
