go to junior college & then get your degree. that will give you the best shot at getting a decent paying day job. if you've been reading like crazy, you can handle college.wholesaling is just some sexy sounding commission job which 99.9% of the time will not produce a sale for most people Most people I know try it for about a week or month all gung-ho, get not leads, & give up.Now can some succeed?

I do know some people who feel egregiously entitled, but for the most part, most go with the flow of everyday life and sometimes talk about what they want to become.Ever since I had an internship in college geared toward local economic development, I've really clicked with entrepreneurship and have only recently really started to take concrete steps.America could definitely do a much better job getting teens geared for the real world than what it currently does.

I have spend $40k on such programs before I realized that it didn't have to be like that, however on the flip side I now see some people who no matter what anyone has to offer they are often very quick to judge and I can tell you from the perspective of someone who has recently started educating that just like investing in RE it is not always as easy or even "sexy" as it appears to be, and takes a LOT of work!!!

So if you put 25% down say on a strip center for 1 million to buy a 5 million center and obtain cash on cash in the teens annually then the other 2 million and properties are not affected.
