I'm currently spending any spare time I have driving for dollars, scouring Craigslist, and looking through the MLS for leads.

But I hope now I can meet the rest of the "Craig's" of the memphis market.But we are continuing to scour the market and will keep you updated as we search!

Although it may be advantages for me to tell you to invest elsewhere because I'm putting in offers and scouring for deals in RI now, you can find deals here.

I have found that if a am actively scouring the area for buys when one pops up I compare to the others I have looked at and am looking at now. 

In my case, I spent many, many hours searching the MLS all over California, narrowed it down to a sub-market that I thought had potential, and scoured the market for deals until I found one. 

I would also scour the internet at large, be careful of any sites that are pushing VA loan products.

My current method is to scour the public records, going 3 months back to the current date and making a list of every case that is pre-foreclosure.

I have scoured the site and used the search function a few times but I haven't been able to find an answer that fits my specific situation.
