Newbie from San Antonio, TX

Hello everyone. My name is Colin McConnell and I am a new investor in San Antonio currently looking for my first deal. I plan to begin with rehabbing and wholesaling and eventually build a portfolio of rental properties. I'm currently spending any spare time I have driving for dollars, scouring Craigslist, and looking through the MLS for leads. I am also looking into the most effective methods of using direct mail to generate leads. I joined Bigger Pockets to meet and network with other investors that are already doing what I want to do.
