Purchase the crammer course through hondros or whichever school you took your classes through, it's helpful in narrowing down the information for both state and national

Our concern with this is that our current primary is across from the best school in our area on a cul-de-sac lot and we feel it will continue to grow at a high rate and don’t want to miss out on that. 

I bought a townhome in the Charlottesville, VA area in 2019 where I was going to school.

I'm also in school to advance in my field, which could increase my hourly rate to $80 after two more years.I recently bought my first house, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1500 square foot home.

$300-$400K range - Northeast - (anything in the Reagan or Johnson school district.

I had a tenant move in (he was my best friend from high school). 

My advice is to hang in there for a few months until after the back-to-school rush hits.

I would like to invest out of state since I currently live in Los Angeles and the cost to buy a property to rent out to my friends around school is very high.

4 or 5 good quality 350 k SFH in a good prime location with thriving industry , booming population and good schools  ..that would be quality door count
