If so, may I ask WHY?

I have completed the first of 6 sections and I am not super impressed with it so far.

So I ended up using 0% interest business credit cards which I liquidated to purchase and renovate my property (total credit limit of about $95k total).

They changed the zoning map to make every side street RS-3 so these developers are just taking 2-4 units in non-conforming status and by right making it a SFH. 

I am finally at my two year mark not being W2 so if I can skip past DSCR loans and the such that would be much preferred as I dont want to pay the fees if I don't have to as I am trying to get some money I put into each unit to renovate back out of it. 

I am trying to scale with larger properties (10+ unit bldgs.) so I am exploring different funding strategies beyond zero down and including OPM

So, how long do you estimate that you will live there? 

@Brett K. we manage in Class C areas, so have to deal with this a lot.Options:1) Boardup - pretty useless as easy to rip the off and advertises the property as vacant.2) Armor Guard door frame reinforcement with temp double-key deadbolts.
