Are you more prompt to respond than other agents?

(I personally think communication is a big indication of tenant quality, so I want to see them respond and answer a few questions promptly.)

I don't plan to live here forever, but I don't have a connection to anywhere else that would prompt me to move.

In addition to this, as long as the note is being paid by someone, the loan servicer is most likely not going to spend the time looking through past verifying closed loans unless prompted to.
