My wife is very conservative and I have started to get that computer programmer interested in real estate.  

Luckily my wife has been saving for about 25 years and she works for a great worldwide company as a computer programmer.  

Also, I want the program to be as automated as possible even being able to program the access code, deactivate the access code, and even adjust the thermostat up and down prior to and after a guest leaves.  

I'm not a programmer by any means, and it seems a little bit daunting at first, but I got into it when I got the hang of it.

If anyone knows my background as a professional programmer, then repeating AGAIN that online data is a security and privacy risk - - for you and the tenant. 

Now looking into checking them, I couldnt find any with a wall thermostat to control them.Any suggestions on how I should handle this with the home warranty?

DB programmers and the hardware and software to support the system don't cost that much.

Does anyone have a good recommendation on a wiresless remote thermostat I can control a furnace and boiler with?

I am Lucky that I have a wife that has taken care of me for a half of a day and her boss has been so good that to us and has told her that she has to work there for a half day and work the other half day at home because she is a compuer programmer that has been supporting us and our daughter that is in college at the University of Arkansas that she is paying for because of her frugality and has been saving money for about 25 years.
