That might change things  one thing that is nice about the desert or semi arid desert you dont spend any money on landscaping.. you just put rocks down and plastic flowers and call it a day.although if this style of rental or tenant who would actually live there is not your core compentancy or something you are going to build on I not sure why anyone would take on this type of property to make a grand or two a year.. seems like better and easier things to do.

I wouldn’t waste a penny on it  what I see for black out shades are black plastic garbage bags.. . if they want light then its just light colored sheets.In my home I have windows that have the blinds in the middle of them..

I just left the mop and the two heads I had at the house when they moved in.)When my tenants moved in, I also put a few things in the house: in the kitchen, a bottle of hand dish soap, a kitchen scrubber sponge, a bottle of rinse aid for the dishwasher, and a roll of paper towels, and in the bathroom, a 4-pack of decent quality toilet paper (still in the plastic) and a bar of soap (still in the box).
