Your asking price is very low and may not receive a counter. 

To increase kitchen cabinet/counter space on my current project, I'm removing an exterior door. 

The seller said another price in their counter.  

I'm thinking about:1 replacing the counter top from tile to some other cheap alternative2.

We have done virtually everything to make our units bullet proof (new floors, new windows, new fixtures, new paint, new counter tops, new doors, etc. etc.).This keeps us viable in the market place and keeps our maintenance calls to a minimum. 

@Ray Dipasupil yes I guess it's possible they got it wrong, just funny..that this is the only one inconsistently priced..based on all the others I've looked at@Cary Ferguson Jr thanks for the info..I think you're right, I'm going to just stick to what my numbers are saying...even though it seems so counter-intuitive to be offering more than the 2007 value
