Thanks Bill...Brunswick is a beautiful part of Melbourne...a lot of old warehouses now being converted to apartments...and great 'old' homes...in fact Melbourne is like that all over...it's a terrific city for architecture...I have seen some amazing old banks and historic buildings for sale at good prices too in central Victoria and NSW... anyway maybe we can discuss that more in the forums...thanks :) Martin
