So, what I then did was explain this to the seller, who agreed to an option contract for two weeks and at the end of this period we could either lower the asking price or he could then decide to  sell via the retail route.Fortunately for all parties, we found cash buyers and all parties were happy.So that being said, I apologize if some of my choice of words were offensive to you, but I find your accusations even more offensive.

No offense taken Anish, easy housing credit almost collapsed the global financial system back in 2008, although one should argue that the system was already rotted out after a century of awful management and the subprime mortgage scandal was the final tipping point.

Applicants lose a few points for having criminal activity in the past 4 years, lose more points for having more than two incidents of criminal activity or activity in the past 3 years, lose a lot of points for not disclosing the issue before I find it, are disqualified for serious offenses, and gain points for having a clean background check.

Landlords/ladies,I learned there is a newTX  house bill 1510 that says "cause of action does not accrue against a landlord solely for leasing a dwelling to a tenant, based on evidence thatthe tenant has been convicted of, or arrested or placed on deferred adjudication for, an offense."
