Camera, video, extra security that comes off upon sale (or new buyer buys it)?

Her mother still lives at the house we’re buying and we want her to continue living there for many reasons, but a big reason being that we employ her as a nanny.  

The house is secure with bars on the windows, cameras and security doors at each entrance.

Update- Court papers were served, I installed security camera's (something I had wanted to do for quite some time but now this pushed me over the edge), and knocked on the troubled tenants door to set up some time for new prospective tenants.I video taped the whole thing on my phone but she took a few minutes to get to the door and I felt I was being filmed and I will tell you why.
