I think @Jeff S. nailed it.If you were determined to buy this I'd give some thought to a small office cluster for therapists/ practioners like counselors, massage therapists etc.

I've started looking at Columbus because my business partners have found success doing Mid Term Rentals there and the returns are solid.

We haven't even put the condo on Airbnb or VRBO yet, and we already have almost every weekend from mid October through early December blocked off for friends and family that want to take their families to SDC.

It might be tricky investing out of state, but Huntsville is a fantastic spot for mid and long-term rentals if you are open to those strategies.
