You should reach out to connect to members of that group (you can look up NOCO mustachians on meetup.com) to find some mentors that have lots of experience and can give you some guidance.

We are out of state investors with CASH to buy a property, we have been coached, still mentored in a program, and now want to make a move for cashflow.

I got to learn from a mentor with 30 years of experience in my town.

I am also very coachable and looking for a mentor.

I am always amenable to receiving  a bottle of Screaming Eagle in lu of a mentoring fee like the guru's charge :)  If there ever was a guru worth 30k you would be one of those.

I’m literally scheduled to chat with a mentor (partner investor) here soon and my gut has caused me to have hesitation but i didn’t want my fear of doing to be confused with my discernment.

I’m currently looking a mentor to help set my Real Estate foundation.
