With no experience in this area I've been considering partnering with one of the following coaching/mentoring groups (Flip System or Flip Cheap Houses) does anyone have experience with these two?

I am looking for a mentor that can work with me one on one, but everyone wants to get paid up front that I have talked to, the best I can do is equity in deals-to-be.

My husband and I had no mentors, no houses handed to us, we worked hard and slowly created this portfolio of 8 doors and our own home and want to scale our investments but feel like we are in a choke hold.

I'd love to have a mentor who could partner with me and show me the ropes.

OR PERHAPS A REFERENCE TO A GREAT AN EFFECTICE MENTOR TO START WITH THAT I WON'T HAVE TO CHARGE AN ARM AND LEG.

Once you read the book, I would reach out to a SuperHost on Airbnb and ask if they need any help n "hosting" their properties and that you would like to work for them and/or be mentored.

One of the biggest misconceptions I see from beginners (I'm guilty too) is that you set an ambitious goal & then search for the magical city or the MLS listing for a property that matches your goal.Best motto I heard from my mentors "Great deals are created not found."
