Hello everyone,I’m looking for some advise on if I should continue on with my MBA program right now or if it would be wiser to stop what I am doing there and enter the job market and begin investing in real estate.I am currently in my 2nd out of 4 semesters of my MBA program.

If the ultimate goal is to buy and syndicate deals, you don't NEED an MBA to do that. 

I have an MBA too, but no way I can compete in publicly traded equity with the hedge funds and investment banks, but Ill bet you I’ll get a better deal on a local 3/2 SFR.

One thing I learned while doing my MBA was that many business situations don't have any hard-and-fast rules, and you simply do something that makes sense.

There was a guy who just got his mba in real estate and mentioned he had never heard of this rule.
