Azani Peterkin first get a good deal and the buyer will chase you, or if you post I️t on the BP marketplace you should get a buyer (if it’s truly a great deal) I’m not trying to discourage you just Focus on having truly amazing deals and the buyers will beg to go onto your list.

I would analyze the cash flow from the asking price standpoint, because I just don't see a huge discount coming out of this, if it's already listed or out in the market place.
