How do I find tenant to house hack???

Hello BP forums! I recently bought a foreclosed condo in Glendale WI. Spent the last two months rehabbing the entire place and the second bedroom is ready for a renter. I posted on Craig's List and am trying to pitch by word of mouth. I am struggling to find a qualified tenant. Does anybody have experience with this situation in house hacking? Please help!
