ANY house has a number.The "number" is what connects everything and everyone to the transaction.If the house is in a crappy neighborhood, putting in marble bathrooms may not make sense... the NUMBERS won't allow it.

I don't think it is addressed in the statues....just that it is redeemable and what the stipulations are and what penalties are due.

Stessa is great for the accounting/banking experience, but there can be a lot more to the management portion like you described.I of course have a personal bias for our platform, Marble, which includes all of the features you may be looking for to a certain degree.
