Any advice or contact is welcome.As this journey is going to be a little bit lengthy one I decided to learn more about RE business and get licensed.

I first had problems with the management group during a lengthy eviction but after some serious correspondence, we hashed out the problems and performance has been stellar.

Generalities are fine but I'm truly looking to find a PM company or investors that have lengthy experience in this field so that I can provide the best possible value for  a potential buyer. 

In a relationship of that length I find it a bit unfair that he believes that the down payment he has been able to cobble together because of your 4 years of shared expenses, is his.If your contributions to the mortgage should be deemed rent, then you are not in a “familial” relationship.I say lose the douche bag.

It can be a lengthy process depending on your utility.

We have the writ of possession already after a lengthy legal battle b/c she kept on appealing.
