Assisted Living Center Milwaukee In Recievership

I've identified a deal where there is a 50+ Unit Assisted Living Center in Milwaukee Wisconsin where the property is in Receivership. The property is already listed with another  brokerage but I'm looking to work with a buyer along with our designated attorney that has been able to provide very valuable details regarding the property. 

I'm looking to get insight from anyone who has any experience in this niche market! Generalities are fine but I'm truly looking to find a PM company or investors that have lengthy experience in this field so that I can provide the best possible value for  a potential buyer.
