I am a fast learner and would love to know how to get started immediately. 

What will be your first thought (50k,100k,200k or 250k)Just want to hear from the Guru'sRegardsUday ( Enthusiastic learner )

Agents or sellers won't talk to me if I ask them to give me deals that come along their way (they want serious buyers and makes sense), and not sure if wholesalers are interested in sending me proformas  just b/c I want to learn.I am assuming this is a common complaint from beginners to deal analysis learners.

Plus, I'm more of a hands-on learner so this would be a good starting point for me too. 

Although I’m a motivated self learner, there are many topics that need to be researched and I’m unsure of what topics are best to research first, or what topics I’m not aware even exist that are important to cover.

this is a general time table - you might be a quick learner - you might hit week 6 and realize you want to wholesale - go out and by week 16, maybe you've already wholesaled 3 deals and made 25,000 (unlikely but definitely possible).through this process of learning, it is important to pay attention to major subjects of rei like financing and title insurance and other related issues - learn the "how's of the business"..like how does title insurance work anyway.
